Its an exciting time at Bride and Groom Events as we’re looking to expand our team! We’re growing and need a little help behind the scenes and are so pleased to announce we now have 2 internships available for an immediate start.

Digital Influencer/Social Media InternEvent Assistant Intern

While these internships are unpaid, the experience you will gain will be invaluable if you are wanting to work in the event industry. We will provide written references at the end of the internships and there is potential for continued paid employment for those who work successfully during the course of the internship.

We were thrilled to see Jemma and Michael’s elegant outdoor wedding featured in a number of places last year including the Your Day Special issue of Bride to Be magazine, August’s issue of Bride to Be magazine, Style Me Pretty online blog and more recently on Martha Stewart Weddings.

You’ll know Jemma as the incredible wedding photographer Jemma Keech of course, and we were delighted to be involved in their styling and furniture hire for their wedding day. Jemma and Michael chose a number of items from Bride and Groom to bring their wedding together including our teak ceremony benches, walnut tiffany chairs, glass beaded charger plates, bench sets, drink station items and various floor lanterns and for their neutral landscape paired with olive greens and blush tones which was perfect set against the olive grove of Jemma’s parents property.

Summer weddings in Perth can be HOT! Its always a nice thought for your guests to provide them with a thirst quencher and what better way to do this than with a drink station. We’ve had clients set up drink stations at the ceremony, the cocktail hour and for private events where a signature cocktail is on offer and we can take care of all drinks (except alcohol due to licensing restrictions but we can certainly liaise with your venue to do this). We have a great range of drink dispensers and drink buckets for bottles of water or soft drink which are all styled to suit your wedding.

Drink stations start at $500 and we can take care of everything you need. Get in touch with us at if you’d like to talk about adding a drink station to your event and we can discuss your ideas to make your drink station something extra special.

We’re taking a little break in between continuing to work on some amazing weddings over the festive season and our office will be closed from today, Thursday 17th December until 8th January.
